I started this blog in June 2015 to share my love of travel with the world. I do not have the typical backstory of how I quit my job to backpack around the globe. In fact, it was my job as a Digital Strategist for a camera store that gave me the impetus to finally do what had been on my mind for as long as I could remember.
If travelling is about exploring not just on the outside but within. This blog is but a continuation of that exploration. That constant search to understand myself, express myself.
Through this blog I am able to relive those travels, give structure to my nostalgia and gain a sense of satisfaction from having ordered my thought and created something.
and, if I am able to bring inspiration, even if it is just that one photo which made you want to go there, I would have achieved something.
Thanks for stopping by. :)

Travel Photography
In July 2013, I travelled to the Himalayas for the first time, which is when I bought my DSLR, for I was travelling with a photography group. & that trip changed my life.
It was a trip of many firsts. Nestled amidst the magnificent Himalayas – I slept in a tent on the banks of a lake that reflects the colour of the sky, I climbed a mountain, I watched my fingers turn icy blue as I clicked my most loved picture to date.

I was reborn.
Starting with Landscape and Food Photography, I have just about discovered the challenge of and exhilaration in shooting Portraits. But all within the realm of Travel. For Travel was how I got into Photography and Travel Photography will always be my one love.
